Directions 

• Soak your feet in hot salt water for 10-30 min & dry. 
• Use the coarse red side to remove hard skin & use the black side to smooth. 
• Follow up with coconut oil, aloe vera or lotion. 
Note: Not recommended for use in the shower, or on wet feet. Rinse & dry the foot file after use.
